Delivery area

We deliver to the delivery address specified during the order process within Germany and to the member states of the European Union.

Please note: We currently do not offer delivery to Switzerland or to the United Kingdom. We are currently unable to fulfil orders with a delivery address outside the European Union.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. For organisational reasons, collection of the goods in person is not provided for; there is no entitlement to such collection.

Shipping partner & tracking

Shipping is carried out via DHL, within Germany as DHL Paket and, for shipments to the other EU member states, as DHL Paket International or Warenpost International.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking link through which you can track the delivery status of your order at any time.

Shipping costs

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices including statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they depend on the destination country and the order weight and are shown to you separately and transparently in the shopping cart and before you place the binding order.

  • Germany: free shipping from an order value of 40 €.
  • Other EU countries: free shipping from an order value of 110 €.

Below the order values stated above, a flat-rate shipping charge applies, the exact amount of which is displayed to you before you complete the order.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the following expected delivery times apply following conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment:

  • Germany: as a rule 2 to 3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: as a rule 3 to 7 business days

In the case of payment by advance payment or purchase on account (invoice), the delivery time begins upon receipt of payment. No delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Statements regarding delivery time are expected guideline values, unless they are expressly designated as a binding date.

Transport damage & undeliverable parcels

In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you only upon handover of the goods. Please report visible transport damage if possible already to the delivery driver, and then inform us at service@vykea.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

If a parcel could not be delivered, we will contact you after the shipment has been returned to us in order to arrange redelivery.

Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. You will incur no additional shipping costs as a result. Where several items with different delivery times are shipped together, the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.
