Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In the case of a subscription or other regular delivery of goods of the same kind over a defined period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the Model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Special notice for food supplements (sealed goods)
The right of withdrawal lapses early in the case of the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g(2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Our food supplements are delivered with a hygiene seal (shrink film, sealing ring or comparable tamper-evident seal). As long as this seal is intact, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.
If the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery, withdrawal is excluded for that product. This serves to protect all customers, because once food supplements have been opened, product safety and flawless quality can no longer be guaranteed.
Further exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In addition, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods
- that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs,
- that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose use-by date would quickly be exceeded.
Further exceptions follow from Section 312g(2) BGB.
